Challenge:
Frequent bearing failures due to inadequate lubrication.
Bearings were being manually lubricated, and were difficult
to access, causing some scheduled lubrications to be missed.
Solution:
Each fan was equipped with one MEMOLUB® 2-Point
Splitter System. A Model 120 lubricator was chosen, and
was programmed to empty in 3 months.
