Challenge:
Time-consuming and manual lubrication was expensive and often resulted in inadequate coverage. Chains were showing signs of excessive wear.
Solution:
A 4-Point MEMOLUB Lubrication System containing Molykote chain oil was installed to regulate and standadize the lubrication process. A flat chain oil brush was used to apply the oil. For added control over the lubrication process, the customer chose the 24VDC-PLC control option.
