Challenge:
An unreliable central lubrication system was yielding irregular grease output. This irregularity lead to axes failures and messy waste build-up.
Solution:
Fifty 7-Point MEMOLUB lubrication systems were conveniently mounted to service all lube points. Lubricators were set to dispense over a 3-month period, to coincide with the customer's preventive maintenance schedule.
