Challenge:
Manual lubrication was done on an inconsistent basis, and often not at all on this vertical machining center.
Solution:
Two 6-Point MEMOLUB lubrication systems were placed inside the machine to service all lube points, while the lubricators were mounted outside the cabinet, for easy lube cartridge replacement and visual inspection.
