Challenge:
Irregular lubrication caused the bearings to create a negative pressure allowing contaminants and moisture to damage the bearings.
Solution:
Installed several Giga Model 480 HPS lubricators with 2-Point progressive distribution blocks. The MEMOLUB®'s 350PSI output pressure delivered the correct amount of lubricant to each bearing creating a positive pressure to keep contaminants ans mositure out.
