All of the materials required are available to quickly put your MEMOLUB® HPS lubricator to profitable use in a multi-point application.

The MPS-08 System consists of a MEMOLUB® high pressure lubricator, a distribution valve which meters the lubricant to all lube points, a mounting bracket and push-in tube fittings for your bearings.
All MEMOLUB® MPS systems have been primed before shipment and are ready for use. On first installation of the MPS system, all lube lines and bearings should be pre-charged with the same lubricant that was ordered with the MEMOLUB® lubricator (prefilled tubing is available and sold separately).
This system is especially suited for applications with several lube points in close proximity.
Grease or Oil:
There are two system types available; one for grease applications and one for oil applications. When ordering, be certain to specify the system appropriate for your application.

Optional Parts:
Protective Cover: To protect your MEMOLUB® lubricator in harsher evironments we offer a nylon protective cover. This cover is sold seperately and is available for all three size lubricators.
Prefilled Nylon Tubing: Nylon tubing required to complete the installation is sold separately. The standard size tubing is 5/16” OD, but other sizes are available. Tubing can be purchased two ways; pre-filled in 5 foot increments from 5 to 30 feet, or empty in any length from 1 to 100 feet.

Solution: Two 6-Point MEMOLUB lubrication systems were placed inside the machine to service all lube points, while the lubricators were mounted outside the cabinet, for easy lube cartridge replacement and visual inspection. |

Case Study No. 052119 - Lubricating Bottle Crusher Machine Bearings  Application: General Production Equipment Industry: Food & Beverage Background: Equipment operated 24/7 making it very difficult to stop for the required maintenance intervals. To lubricate the 12 bearings, the machine had to be completely shut down and locked out and access to the bearings required several panels be removed. When lubrication was done, it was done so very quickly in order to get the equipment back up and running. This led to inadequate, and sometimes completely missed, lubrication. Solution: We installed a MEMOLUB® 12-point Multi-Point System to supply constant lubrication to the bearings, while the bottle crusher remained in operation. The lubrication system was mounting to the outside of the equipment, making it possible to replenish the lubricant supply without shutting down the equipment. This was a huge advantage as it allowed maintenance technicians to avoid time-consuming lock-out/tag-out procedures while still remaining compliant. Worth Mentioning: Multi-Point Systems with more than 8 outlets have restrictions on tubing OD, tubing length and the viscosity of the lubricant.
