The Memolub HPS Series are self-contained, battery-powered automatic lubricators, engineered to deliver consistent, long-term lubrication for industrial equipment. Designed for both single-point and multi-point applications, it can be mounted directly on a lubrication point or connected to a progressive distribution block to service up to 12 lube points from a single unit.

This compact, electromechanical lubricator operates entirely independently, requiring no external wiring or power supply. It delivers precise, timed doses of grease or oil at programmable intervals, ensuring a steady supply of clean lubricant to every point. The result is improved equipment reliability, longer component life, and reduced maintenance labor.

The MEMOLUB HPS PLUS and HPS BLUE feature an integrated visual feedback system that takes the guesswork out of maintenance. A green indicator confirms a successful pumping cycle, while a red alert flags any issue that needs attention, giving operators an immediate, unambiguous read on system status. The HPS BLUE adds a blue indicator to signal an active data connection, extending visibility into the digital layer of your lubrication setup.

THE RIGHT VOLUME AT THE RIGHT FREQUENCY.

There are 7 basic frequency settings that are suitable for most industrial applications. They are programmed by installing one or a combination of the three colored timing rings into the ring holder attached to the brass fitting. When you screw the MEMOLUBlubricator onto the brass fitting, the timing rings depress the switches on the bottom of the lubricator. The combination of the depressed switches will determine the pumping frequency. Included in the kit are eight spacer washers for adjusting the amount of lubricant discharged per pumping cycle.

A POWERFUL AND EFFICIENT PUMP

The Memolub HPS Series pump is engineered to deliver powerful output pressure (25bar) and is capable of pumping low- and high viscosity lubricants at extreme temperatures. Thanks to the patented electro-mechanical technology inside, the system is safe for the negative consequences of system back-pressure.
