MEMOLUB® EPS – Externally Powered Automatic Lubricator

The MEMOLUB® EPS is a robust, externally powered automatic lubricator designed for continuous operation in high-demand industrial environments. Powered by a 24VDC external source, the EPS delivers consistent, timed lubrication for critical equipment, improving reliability and reducing manual maintenance needs.

Ideal for both single-point and multi-point lubrication, the MEMOLUB EPS can be installed directly on a lubrication point or used with a progressive distribution block to supply lubricant to up to 12 points from a single unit. Its programmable MEMO system allows you to select from multiple output frequencies, giving you control over both lubrication intervals and volume.

With high-pressure output (up to 350 psi) and multiple easy to change cartridge sizes (120cc, 240cc, and 480cc), the MEMOLUB EPS offers the power and adaptability required for a wide range of industrial lubrication applications.

Note: The "Time to empty" is based on continuous use of the lubricator. When programming the MEMO for intermittent use with a MEMOLUB® EPS lubricator, the lubricant cartridge will last longer. Visual inspection or calculated duration is required to determine when the lubricant cartridge should be changed out.

The right volume at the right frequency.

There are 7 basic frequency settings that are suitable for most industrial applications. They are programmed by installing one or a combination of the three colored timing rings into the ring holder attached to the brass fitting. When you screw the MEMOLUB^®lubricator onto the brass fitting, the timing rings depress the switches on the bottom of the lubricator. The combination of the depressed switches will determine the pumping frequency. Included in the kit are eight spacer washers for adjusting the amount of lubricant discharged per pumping cycle.

The Memolub EPS pump is engineered to deliver powerful output pressure (25bar/350psi) and is capable of pumping low- and high viscosity lubricants at extreme temperatures. Thanks to the patented electro-mechanical technology inside Memolub EPS, the system is safe for the negative consequences of back-pressure.
