This advanced system connects directly to your PLC, giving you full control over lubrication frequency and duration. Each signal from the PLC activates a single pump cycle, allowing you to automate lubrication based on machine cycles, run-time, or any condition you monitor through your control system.
The MEMOLUB PLCD supports both single-point and multi-point lubrication setups and is compatible with progressive distribution blocks, enabling you to service up to 12 lubrication points from a single unit. With the easy to change cartridge options (120cc, 240cc, and 480cc) and a high-pressure output of up to 350 psi, it’s a reliable, flexible solution for equipment that demands precision and consistency.
