Case Study No. 601   Industry: Steel, Aluminum, Glass & Plastic Application: Steel Processing Issue: Six single-point lubricators could not generate enough pressure to overcome the back pressure from the machine. As a result, lubricant rarely reached the slides. Solution: The six lubricators were replaced with 1 MEMOLUB 6-point lubrication system, using the customer's existing lines. The 350psi output pressure was more than enough to reach the slides. The need to service only one lubricator, versus six, proved to be an added cost benefit. |
