The Starterpack includes:

  • MEMOLUB ONE electromechanical lubricator
  • Mounting bracket with female tubing adapter
  • 6 feet of prefilled 6mm OD nylon tubing
  • A straight 1/8" NPT Male tubing fitting

The MEMOLUB® ONE lubricator automatically delivers a small, precise amount of lubricant at regular intervals for an continuous supply of fresh lubricant directly to your lube point. Prevents over and under lubrication problems related to manual lubrication.

  • 240cc lubricant capacity
  • 140psi max discharge pressure from start to finish
  • Use with Oil or Grease (up to NLGI #2)
  • Remote mount up to 6 feet from the lube point
  • Use in a wide temperature range of applications

All MEMOLUB lubricators are designed with a transparent housing for quick visual inspection of the lubricant level.

Simple Programming

The MEMOLUB® ONE daily lubricant output is programmed using the simple colored MEMO system. The Red, White, Green and Yellow timing MEMOs determine how long it takes to empty the lubricant cartridge.

There are four basic time settings; 1, 3, 6 and 12 month, that are suitable for a wide range a industrial applications Once the appropriate colored MEMO is installed, the program is retained in the MEMO fitting, and at the lube point, allowing the user to interchange other MEMOLUB® ONE lubricators without the worry of reprogramming.

Memolub One is Easy to Install

Grease filled lubricators come preloaded with a lubricant cartridge and battery pack for quick installation. Oil filled lubricators require installation of the lubricant cartridge and battery pack on site.

  1. Lower temperatures can be achieved by using a low temperature grease and cold-weather battery packs
  2. Splitter Blocks cannot be used with oil, and are limited to 7 lubricant output settings.
  3. Maximum lube line length is dependent on ambient temperature, grease type and application back pressure.

Solution:
Fifty 7-Point MEMOLUB lubrication systems were conveniently mounted to service all lube points. Lubricators were set to dispense over a 3-month period, to coincide with the customer's preventive maintenance schedule.

Because bearings are located in an area difficult to access, manual lubricating was very dangerous.
Solution:
Two MEMOLUB HPS 240 lubricators were mounted in a safe location and piping run to the bearings. Grease cartridges are changed monthly as part of the customer's regular preventive maintenance schedule.
