Controlled lubrication

Single Point Lubricators
A single point automatic lubricator is a self-contained and adjustable device that automatically dispenses grease or oil to a lubrication point over a preset period of time.
Single point automatic lubricators limit the need for manual lubrication and are especially useful when lube points are located in remote and hazardous locations. Promote worker safety, protect expensive equipment and prevent downtime with Power Lube Industrial automatic lubricators.
To meet all of your application needs we offer two types of lubricators: two single-use gas-powered models, the GREASOMATIC and ELECTRO-LUBER, and the MEMOLUB a reusable electromechanical series of lubricators.

Advantages to Single-Point Lubricators
Single-point lubricators offer several advantages, making them a popular choice for maintaining machinery. Here are some key benefits:
- Precision Delivery: They provide lubricant directly to the specific lube point, ensuring optimal lubrication without wastage
- Consistency: Unlike manual lubrication, single-point lubricators deliver a consistent amount of lubricant over time, reducing the risk of over- or under-greasing
- Reduced Maintenance Time: They automate the lubrication process, which can significantly cut down on maintenance time and costs
- Improved Equipment Lifespan: By ensuring proper lubrication, these devices help extend the lifespan of bearings and other components
- Safety: They can reduce workplace hazards by eliminating the need for manual lubrication in hard-to-reach or dangerous areas
